After rookie workouts, OTAs and minicamp, the Oakland Raiders appear to be counting on Amari Cooper to be their No. 1 wide receiver during the 2015 season. Cooper joined the Raiders from Alabama when Oakland selected him with the fourth choice in the 2015 NFL Draft.
