The tactics of his sleazy lawyer are incredible. After talking about the woman trying to hit him & him "defending" himself, he then piously claims the kid is taking ownership of his actions. Right. Plus, he's volunteering at an abused woman shelter. Are you kidding me?



 

Well, 99% of lawyers give the rest of them a bad name.

This is old news but read between the lines.

State Attorney Willie Meggs told the paper that "it's clear from the investigation" into the June 24 incident at a Tallahassee bar that Johnson, 19, was first to initiate contact with the 21-year-old female FSU student as she attempted to approach the bar.

"A person's entitled to use self-defense if they're being battered by someone else, and she certainly was entitled to do what she did," Meggs said. "She didn't commit a crime is the reason she's not charged with a crime."

Johnson's first court appearance is set for July 22 at the Leon County Courthouse in Tallahassee.

Former Florida State cornerback Ronald Darby, who is now a rookie with the Buffalo Bills, took to Twitter on Tuesday to question why the woman is not facing charges for her role in the incident. 

"What I want to know is what's happening to the girl that clearly hit De'Andre first?" asked Darby in one tweet, adding, "It's never right to hit a girl at all."

In another tweet he said, "But they have to get some kind of consequence as well. Y'all can't keep letting females provoke guys in all ways and then walk free. Like?"

Darby's tweets were later deleted.

Yep, those manipulative, evil women keep making men do stupid things.
