Kearse even reaches out towards Butler
Didn't someone use the same thing on us this year?

A Patriots player said the same thing I thought. The Seahawks coaches over strategized & over thought the play instead just making the simple call of running the ball.

Pete Carroll should resign after that last play call.
It's one of those plays that you're a genius if it works and a goat if it doesn't.  But his explanation after the game, that they didn't have the right alignment to run the ball so just thought they would sacrifice the down and run it on third down, is ridiculous.

Nope.  No excuse.

His "explanation" should be cause for him to be fired.

Run Lynch and kick a field goal for OT, but to throw an interception in the end zone, when you have a RB who was running like Lynch at the time and then throw an interception in the end zone.  No excuse.

Why would anyone on offense want to stop the clock?  A pass stops the clock.

Who would have thought an unknown rookie from Division II West Alabama would be the Super Bowl hero.

And why wasn't this guy on our team when we needed CBs.

(Answer, he was kicked off the team at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi after 5 games, and had to work his way up to West Alabama.)

He only played two years of high school football. He was not recruited by Division I schools. He had some problems at Hinds CC and did not have the grades to play DI. UWA picked him up and he is making the most of his opportunity. He was All Conference and All American at UWA.
