Hi, guys. As I may have talked about previously, my Sergeant (Apparatus Driver / Operator) has a son son who is a severe special needs child. He has been extremely ill the past few months ( Since November of last year). He has undergone several critical procedure lately, including two open heart surgeries.  To let you know just how critical this child is, he is 15 years old, and weighs in around 45 lbs. This morning, sometime between 0300 and 0500 young Aaron conceeded his battle, his smallittle heart gave out, and he has gone to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. While Arron is suffering no more, we all, espcially his family willmiss him sorely. The courage and strength young Aaron has shown, has been a inspiration to us all.

Here is Aaron's Caring Bridge page, for more info:

God Bless,
Rueb~

So sad. My prayers go out to the family. Nothing can possibly be worse than losing a child.  Pray

Thanks guys. This has been a really tough day, due, in no small aprt, to the above situation. A lot of other stuff too...but  knowing you are praying for my brother firefighter, and his family, has helped a lot. and for that, I thank you!
