Totally changed how, what, and when I eat. Got back into the gym 4 days a week. Then you have to have the desire and will to do it. I will say that if you listen to CNS and the things he says to the players about what it takes to be successful on the field it works for life as well just like he tells them it will. I made the decision that I was going to make this happen and that is what I am trying to do.
