I was watching the Alabama v. Georgia game, and I noticed Fluker who got frustrated in the third quarter, when Bama was down by 11 points, in their own territory, and the first down rushing play only went a few yards.  He was yelling, motivating his teammates.  Bama then drove it down GA's throats, all the way into the end zone, and Fluker was the first guy congratulating the RB (Yeldon I think) and "celebrating" the TD.  He's not just a great player, he's a great teammate.

It's so sad to read stories like D J's but that is what life is all about, the have its and the have nots. Some can take a bad situation and put a happy ending to it as D J and his family have done. Life has a lot to offer but sometimes it is tougher than other times and where there is a will, there is a way. Wink

I wonder where D J would be today had not CNS and staff been intoduced to him. Undecided

And his play received Kudos on ESPN-SC. They raved about his run blocking in particular.

I agree.  Also, getting to know some of these players will help.

Pass blocking is the hardest thing for O-Lineman to learn.

Pass blocking is the hardest thing for O-Lineman to learn.

Coach Bryant said that by the time you teach a player to pass block he had already graduated. That is why he liked the wishbone. Run or pass the linemen fired out to run block. DJ will have a long career in the NFL.
