National History Month for Women (Blacks only got 28 days). I cannot believe this month is half over and this subject has not been broached. Something to think about each time you come home and coldly ask, "Stove broke?"

BTW, today is Nat'l Pie Day.

I believe yesterday was National Pi Day (as in the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter), but National Pie Day does sound tastier.  However, the American Pie Council has already legislated January 23rd as National Pie Day (seriously).  HTH

As to pmull's latest choice, I refuse to give preference to either.

Alba vs. Lynch? That's a tough one. War hero, not hero, West Virginian. On the other hand I saw that Alba girl in some skin diving movie. Watched it 3 times with the sound off. Even being Women's Nat'l History Month I've found it better when they can't/don't talk. I'll have to mull this over. Or p mull it over, if you will.
