Afternoon all! Hope everyone is doing well. First time in quite awhile that I've been able to check-in from Central Maryland. I'm going to try to do better to let y'all know I'm still alive every once in a while instead of once every year and a half! 

Hey cb how is the family. We missed you during the season. What you think about Braves winning the world series? Next year I hope the O's win it. RTR!

Good Thursday morning! Heading to my back doctor this morning. I have to break the bad news that I'm no better since the since the surgery. Then, it's off to P'cola for some very needed R&R.

Chech, I played with a guy who shot his age a few years ago.  I can't remember if he was 77 or 78, but it was impressive to watch.

Everything is going pretty well, thanks Ricky. I went back to my office on Monday for the first time since March 2020. I had been working from home for 20 months, so going back to that commute was a shock to my system. Mrs. cbbama is doing well and still teaching. Little cbbama ain't so little anymore. He turned 14 this year and is in the 9th grade. Doing well in school, and was on the varsity cross country team this year. He usually runs back of the pack, but he set personal records for himself three times this year, and cut his mile time down from just over 10 minutes in August to a little over 6 minutes in November! We're so proud of him. Little cbbama-ette turned 5 and is in kindergarten this year. She tried her hand at softball, but I don't think she will be beating down Coach Patrick Murphy's door when it gets that time.  But she is growing, and is a hoot and a half. She keeps me and the missus in stitches.

Oh and I was very happy to see the Braves pull it out. O's a couple of bright spots, but don't hold your breath on them doing much for awhile. Cedric Mullins and Ryan Mountcastle will be good building blocks.

ccbama - a 6-min cross country mile for a 14yo isn't bad at all!   That's some amazing improvement in a short time, so I'm sure he's not hit his ceiling yet.
