Good Friday morning!

Well, all the big boys with the exception of Dustin Johnson, are stinking up the US Open. Shinnicock Hills is kickingbtheir arses.

Preacher, my golf yesterday was good overall. Shot an 82 with 3 three putts and a 4 putt. I putted like Tiger yesterday. 😄

Chech, I know you’d rather fish than critter spy, but the critter pics are awfully good. Keep em coming when you can.

NALT, you’re making me hungry with the catfish pics. Tongue

Good morning, Bama fans.  Coffee

An 82 is an excellent golf score, 2.  Not many of us can shoot our age like you.

Today begins a series of days with possible rain.  Looks okay for fishing this morning, but tomorrow is iffy.  My CA buddy is eager to start fishing.  He only got on the lake for 2 hours on Wednesday, and only caught 2 fish.  Today we may get to stay out for 5-6 hours.  Whoopee.  I'm hoping to net a dozen or more!!

The critter pics are hardly representative of what all we saw yesterday.  We spent nearly 12 hours in the park, much of it driving and searching out the animals, but those minutes of watching bears roam the hills, the baby bear nursing and tree climbing, and the Osprey feeding its young were special.

NALT, hope your day is full of happy children and tolerable work.  Preacher, wish you could see the wonders of this pacle yourself.  HL, I'm ready for your next banter!

Good morning folks.  Beautiful sunrise here this morning.  Three of my kids went to Camp APAC earlier in the week.  They are supposed to get back home tonight.  I'm going to try and do some of my mowing this evening and hopefully finish up tomorrow morning.  I was planning on being off work today because Dad was to have surgery.  He called me last night around 7 saying that the procedure is off.  He was supposed to stop taking his blood thinner 2 weeks ago but forgot.  He now has to reschedule...

Good Saturday morning all.

Heading to Arrowhead Pointe golf course near Elberton, Ga this morning to play golf. Maybe it will keep my mind off the fact that the cable company is so bad here that I can't even watch the US Open on the local station. The reception on the local FOX channel is crap. I just wish FX would carry the whole load.  Angry

Chech, you gonna get to fish today?

NALT, whose grass are you master of today?

Preacher, I hope y'all are pain free today.

HL, you cooking out today? If so, what's on the menu?

Good moanin', errbody!

2 - have fun on your golf outing.  Hopefully it's a little cooler there than here.  I've got a small pack of pork chops thawing to grill tonight, but that's just for my personal eating.  So no big cookout.  We're celebrating Father's Day tomorrow, but we're doing breakfast foods because that's my Dad's favorite meal (other than dessert).

Chech - how much longer do you have out West?

NALT, Ricky - don't work too hard.

Good morning, all.  Coffee

HL, I'll be here another 2 weeks.  Life is short!

Enjoy the golf, 2.

No fishing today; rain again all day.  We're heading into the park at 5am.  My buddy hasn't seen wolves yet, and we're hoping they cooperate.

2, the reason we have Direct TV is the quality of cable was so poor that we couldn't see the ball during a bowl game.  The images were sometimes black and white.  When the repairman came out the last time he told us our cables were too old.  I asked, "Can you just run a cable from the pole to my TV so I can see how it's supposed to look?"  He did, and it was just as bad.  He was perplexed, and I said, "Disconnect it and I'll try Direct TV."  It was far superior in quality, but (of course) you lose the picture during heavy rain.

Enjoy your day, all.

We've had DTV for quite some time.  You have to call every so often and threaten to cancel to get a decent rate.

We're leaving for Gatlinburg today for a much needed family vacation.   Grin

Safe travels CP.

I've had DirecTV for years and got tired of playing this game with them, so when I moved here, I swore off DirecTV. What's weird, is the quality is great except for the local FOX station, ESPN2 and ESPNHD. I'm gonna give them a chance to fix it, but if they don't come through, I'll be switching back, or maybe go to YouTube TV. Much cheaper and supposedly, you can get all ESPN and live channels.
