We've had an inch of rain thus far; no storms.  Glad I mowed the grass before it started.
 

Keeping an eye on the P'cola radar for Mrs 2. Looking pretty nasty down there.

Praying for Mrs 2. All the weather will be safe. I am sitting here eating Black-eyed peas cornbread, with Salmon patties and Chow Chow and Jalapeno peppers. RTR!

Yeah, I watched the Mobile CH 10 News on line.  There was a water spout at Gulf Shores, and tornado warnings all around the region.  Grand Bay had flooding; roads closed and erosion along the railroad tracks there.  Hopefully X is okay.

Glad your family is okay, 2.

Good morning.  Autumn is here; cool and colorful.

We had just over an inch of rain here, and it's moved eastward.  Should be a beautiful, cool day.  The red maples in our woods are very pretty: red and yellow.  The sugar maples are just beginning to turn, as are the oaks.  Life is good.

A very good day for NFL players with Alabama ties.  The two 75-yd TDs by Eddie Jackson were lifetime highlights for him.  Be sure to see the video (below).  Especially funny to see him juke Scam Newton, who tried to tackle him, but ended up flat on his face.

Mrs 2 and youngest daughter will be coming up Thursday for a few days. They'll be sizing up the condo to see what kind of furniture to put in it and decor. Will be glad to get moved in there.

Hey everyone.  We made it home about 2:30 this morning. We had a really nice drive all the way home too.  Glad you guys that got some rain just got rain and no damaging winds...  I'll be back to work tomorrow...
