Well the doctor finally helped today. He is writing a prescription that is covered and she has to go back to Pell City in the morning turn in the unused prescription and pick up a new one. They will not fax pain medication in to the pharmacy anymore. I did not know that till today. RTR!

They do make it difficult.  Really glad things look better, Preacher.  All's well that ends well, and I pray again for your happy days coming.

Good morning.  Coffee

Prayers that Dottie finds relief today, Preacher.  Just sounds frustrating.

We've got rain already this morning, and will likely get rain all day.  THEN a cold front will move through and cool us down.  High tomorrow and Sunday will be in the 80s.
Jumping

Lots of football news finally.  The team is practicing this coming week, and soon we'll know what we've got!

Glad to hear relief is on the way for Mrs Dottie, Preacher.

We had big thunder boomers late yesterday afternoon. Popped up out of nowhere. Luckily, the yard guys had just finished doing my yard. The grass had gotten so high, my granddog was disappearing in the yard.

The 80's sounds good, Chech. Maybe I'll have some of that in SC next week.

36 days til kickoff!

Good morning folks.  A few showers are supposed to move through here today.  Some should be strong but no severe weather is expected.  Later this afternoon/early evening it should all move out leaving us with a nice weekend.

Well it is cloudy here and looks like it could rain at any minute. Looking forward to this day ahead. It was 14 years ago today our daughter went home to be with the Lord. We had a friend yesterday to go to the ER at Anniston and thought he had a sinus infection and left this earth to go be with the Lord by something they found on his brain. It was some kind of a Leukemia which shut his brain down and that was it. Poof! It is sad but we just never know. Lordy, I am looking forward to practice starting and let's get the season going. Yall have a safe day. RTR!

On a brighter note,  , another one of those thieving squirrels passed on to the Great Acorn Forest in the Sky today.

He's eaten his last tomato.

Too many are left.  But I've slowed the tomato stealing.

Preacher, they're having a harder time than I am!

I've talked to other folks around town; nobody seems to have this tomato-theft problem but us.

Yeah, the last time the General stepped out for a cup of coffee, he was gone three years.
