Great morning here. getting ready to go back to the store today. Mrs Dottie has some pain but not as bad thank goodness. I am watching for your report on 2. I do hope he is feeling greater and all is well. You all have a Blessed day today. RTR!
I heard from 2 himself this morning.  All of his tests look good, except the kidney function.  He'll stay in the hospital until that improves.

Hey errbody! I may get to go home tomorrow. My kidney numbers came down slightly and if that continues tomorrow, they will let me go home. My pathology report came back and there was no cancer found in my lymph nodes, so the piece he cut out of my colon was all there was and I am now officially cancer free. WOOOT!!!

Thank you all very much for your prayers and well wishes. Preacher, I sure hope everything goes well with Mrs Dottie.

Chech, don't let a little thing like weather keep you from catching fish.

That is GREAT news 2.  So happy to hear that our prayers were answered the way we all hoped...Hopefully your kidney numbers will continue downward so that you can go home.  Are you currently at Baptist Hospital?

Really super news, 2.  Just don't get too comfortable in that hospital bed.  Even though it's just been a couple of days, it seems too long since we've been without your humor and happiness.

Good morning, all.

2, sounds like you're just a quick healing away from playing golf again!!  Excellent news.  Now get home and keep Mrs 2 from flooding the house again.

Fishing here is excellent still, despite a few weather interruptions.  Yesterday was the best day yet.  Wish you could all enjoy it with us.  We net up with 3 other buddies yesterday for fishing; guys we've known for a few years.  I bought my boat from one of them last year.

Today looks too windy for lake fishing, so we'll prolly fish in YNP and enjoy the wildlife.

"HEAL, 2."  Enjoy your day, guys.

Alright I sit on my porch with coffee this morning and the Redbird that usually comes and eats his morning dog food got mad at me and left. He saw me sitting in the rocking chair and was not happy. lol, 2 glad to hear you are getting better each minute. Well today is Friday so we are going to see what today brings. You all be safe and hope the storms last night didn't do to much damage we have some friends who have trees down but not here at our house. Lots of lightning, wind and rain though. RTR!

Got home yesterday about 3:30 PM. I have been sleeping ever since. They hung so many saline bags on me in the hospital that all I did was pee and have my vitals taken. It's 3:30 AM, so I got about 12 hours sleep. Sure felt good.

So, Mrs 2 came in Thursday morning with a package from Jamos. I open it up and lo and behold, the lucky horseshoe that finally fell out of Malzahn's arse (or maybe it was extracted by the REC  ) was in the bag, thoroughly cleaned and ready for my use. Right after that, I get news of the great results from the pathology report. Coincidence? I think not. Many thanks to J (and the REC?)  Cool

Preacher, very glad to hear that Mrs Dottie is improving.

Chech, keep up the good work in Fishing Nirvana. Loving the pics!

What kind of time frame do you expect before you are back to the norm, playing golf etc.?

Jamos, the surgeon said 6 to 12 weeks, but I'm already pretty mobile and feeling good, except where the incisions are. Should be 6 weeks max, in my opinion.

Waiting to hear back from the reconstruction guys, as to when they will start the repairs. We kind of put things on hold while I was out of commission.
