Today I heard there is a tropical depression (apparently) developing over the Caribbean or Gulf.  Internet is so slow here that I can't figure out where it is.  I'm watching lightning shows on the horizon to the east and south tonight, so perhaps it's affecting our weather. 

Anybody know where the storm is?  Is the only one formed off the Carolina coast?

It appears that the only tropical storm is in the Atlantic off the Carolinas.  Our nasty weather last night and this morning resulted from local thunderstorms.  I needed a break from boating anyhow.

LOL.  I hear it tastes like chicken.  So I'll have chicken.  It was pork chops and tuna steaks last night.

BTW, drama yesterday.  A yappy little dog came ashore with a guest off a sailboat.  Here is the little dust mop snapping at one of my fish:


Gypsy is top-dog on this island.  She grabbed Yappy by the neck and was about to kill it before someone intervened.  Gypsy is in the doghouse today.
