*** These data just in.  Mustard has a 'shelf life of millennium', so do what you can (or do as SC suggested).

*** Mustard has "natural antibacterial properties, mustard does not require refrigeration, will not grow mold, mildew, or bacteria" (and it's cheap), so why not donate it to a hospital !

*** DO NOT REFRIGERATE (see below).  HTH.

I considered the donation route and writing off the loss (contribution) on next years taxes. But I don't want to hear the hospital, soup kitchen, or battered women's home say, "So you think you can donate just any old kind of mustard just because we're needy?"
