Lacy will be okay.  He played through the injury last year (before surgery), and he will play through the pain again.

Maybe we should quote that every time he gets the ball.

Slow night, so here's a story.  If you're over 50 years old, then you'll remember Alabama vs Aubbun in 1971.  Both teams were undefeated, and both competing for a chance at the NC.  Johnny Musso was the heart and soul of the Alabama team, but he had spent two weeks on crutches (dislocated big toe), and was considered doubtful for the game.  Everyone was worried.

BUT that day he ran for a ton of yards in an over-sized shoe, and had the game of his life.  Bama won 31-7.

So I'm not worried.

I figured it was just a ding because CNS didn't seem too concerned when he spoke to us Saturday. I somehow got the feeling that he thought Lacy wasn't being tough enough and should work through some of his injury issues when he said Lacy was too heavy. JMO

He's got enough tape on his ankle to wrap Christmas presents for every kid in Tuscaloosa.

That is pretty much how Saban described it in a roundabout way.

It doesn't look good to me. He looked like a guy with a limp trying not to look like a guy with a limp.

Excellent description. He thinks he's fooling the coaches so he can play against Michigan.

 Be quiet please
