BIRMINGHAM, Alabama --- Radio host Paul Finebaum has sued Citadel Broadcasting, the parent company of Birmingham sports-talk station WJOX, the flagship station for Finebaum's popular "Paul Finebaum Radio Network."

This afternoon, a federal judge ordered the case to be made public, but the
contents of the court filing remain under seal. So the reasons why Finebaum is suing Citadel are not yet known, but could become clear Friday
