Yes, that victory over a Big Ten team was impressive. 

Oregon was actually losing until around the 4th quarter when Michigan State ran out of gas.

I thought it was funny during the broadcast when they made the comment that Oregon has scored more points on Michigan State than anyone since Alabama in the Capital One Bowl.

As far as Alabama goes, I don't know that we are a top 3 team at this point.  We might not even be top 3 in the SEC West... yet.

What?

But we still have plenty of time to improve before we get to the tough part of the schedule and I like our chances.

I agree.  But it doesn't matter so much where a team is now, only where it is in November.
