The Crimson Tide, No. 4 in the nation and No. 1 at Saturday's Regional in Seattle, took first place with a score of 197.550. It beat Nebraska and four other teams thanks to a strong finish on vault to collect its 29th Regional title -- the most of any team in the nation.

197.550 is a very good score. The ladies are peaking at the right time.

With baseball, softball and the Final Four I completely forgot about the Gymnastics Regional.

Coach Sarah Patterson got her 1,000th win last night. That is a huge achievement in any sport.
