TJ Yeldon got all the carries in the 2nd half of the barn game. I was hoping to see a change of pace with Drake or even Derrick Henry. It never happened.

Does anyone know why Drake did not play in the 2nd half? I have heard the following reasons and I don't know if any of them are true.

1. Ball security. CNS was more comfortable with Yeldon.
2. Drake got into an argument with RB Coach Burton Burns and they sat him down.
3. Today I read he got injured in the barn game... cracked ribs. Henry is being rumored to be getting the #2 RB reps and expected to see playing time in the Sugar Bowl.

I don't know if any of the above is true and I am not trying to start false rumors. If anyone knows what is wrong with Drake I would love to hear it.

I know that Drake posted on twitter that he was not injured during the game.  So I think we can rule out #3.  The last play that he was in the game he was about to get into a fight with some of the Auburn players.  They were trying to strip the ball away from him every time he got it.  He was getting frustrated with them.  I think he was pulled because he was about to lose his composure, combined with the fact that they were deliberately trying to strip the ball since he had done the chicken wing dance a few times this year and fumbled.

I heard it was #2 because he missed a crucial block. Burns supposedly chewed on him about it and apparently KD took exception to it. Rumor has it, he argued with Burns and his assignment for the rest of the game was guarding the pine.

Nobody close to the team is talking, but Drake's ATTITUDE seems to be the consensus.
