I do not necessarily disagree with all of his points. 

In fact, I have long argued, since the rumors began, that some of the reasons he listed might be able to motivate Coach Saban to Texas.

To your point, for the sake of spurring discussion, it is interesting to see what others are thinking, and to provide members of this forum with information regarding current events that involve BAMA football.

Personally, I think he stays.  However, I wear crimson glasses

#11.  I personally think the attacks on Cade Foster may have tainted Coach Saban's pleasure of the Alabama job.  It certainly didn't help.  But if he's the man I envision, he'll never let an Aurburn win run him off.

Looks like everyone is wanting to speculate, who is cork gaines and why write this article with "is weighing the possibility" in the headline. Way to cover your rear end!

Yes, that could definitely sully a person.

I also think the students leaving early (lack of support and appreciation) is another thing that could nudge him to consider other places.

With regard to the Cade Foster incident, I believe Saban has been around long enough to know that it is highly probable that the majority of those threats/negative comments were not from Alabama fans, and that if any of the threats/negative comments did come from Alabama fans they are most likely fans of the Updyke variety.
