There are 3 counselors at that school.  All were interviewed. 
Likely that only one accepted the money and changed the grade.  The fingers will be pointed by the ones who did not get paid!

I'm willing to bet that there is more than money involved with these guys. You remember how they tried to blackmail Cyrus K with pictures of improper behavior while on his visit to the boogs? No SC, a lot of people misinterpreted what DS said.  He said he would prove that he told the truth about the bagman by the end of this month.  He released on twitter about 10 days ago the results of his lie detector test where the conclusion was that he was telling the truth.  His huge story was nothing more than a ploy to get interest.  There will be no revealing of names.
