Troy Smith tells police he got a 'degree in bachelors'

TMZ has obtained the dashboard footage of former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith’s arrest. The Buckeyes’ Heisman Trophy winner was charged with an OVI, possession of marijuana and improper display of license plates in Westerville, Ohio early Sunday morning. His BAC was reportedly .143. During the traffic stop, Smith was asked by the cops how he is doing. His response: “I’m officer, sir.” “What’s that?” the cop responded. “I’m officer.” “You’re an officer?” “No, no, no.
