Charges against Jones have been dropped. But his reputation has been damaged regardless.  This is a good example of why I personally feel that our 1 Amendment rights of "freedom of speech" is regularly mis-applied by the media outlets so they can make money.  Glad for Cyrus that this turned out the way it seems to have though...
