I remember when Arkansas came to the SEC they were on top in BB. A top ten team making deep runs in the NCAA tourny every year. Their program has really slipped. I think Anderson would be a good hire for them. Pelhrey is a nice guy but he is not getting it done.

I think if a program gets put on probation it should follow the coach. I hate it when a coach leaves a school in trouble and takes a another job. Kiffin is a good example.

I think 2 wins next week gets us in. One win and we are on the bubble as one of the last 4 in or out. If we lose our first game on Friday I think we will be hosting an NIT game.

Whatever happens I like the direction CAG and our BB program is headed.

Saban is an outstanding judge of talant so I quit questioning who he and his staff recruits a few years ago. But does it seem odd to anyone else that this young man did not play FB his JR year in HS. He choose BB instead.

I think BB is going to get hammered. The NCAA does not like it when you lie to them like Pearl did. The 8 games Pearl sat out was enforced by the SEC not the NCAA. The NCAA may take that into consideration but I think more suvere trouble for UT BB is coming. Many think Pearl will not survive.

Kiffin left UT FB in a mess. I love it for UT but feel sorry for Dooley. I respected his father and he has ties to Saban. I think UT should get 50% blame and the coach should get 50% blame. I do not think it is right for a coach to get a school in trouble and leave.

The home court advantage means more in basketball than any other sport. Shooting in your own gym is a big reason. Another is the home crowd. Not only does the crowd rattle the other team they must influence the refs. Home teams seem to get all the calls.

I voted yesterday to win one game in the SEC Tourny. Today I am more optimisic. We are capible of making it to the finals. If we make it to the finals why not go ahead and win it all.

I can not decide how I feel about Leach. On one hand I think he is a good coach and on the other I think he is a nut.

My concerns took care of themself. Part of it was you were in the new stages of a new site and making adjustments, changes, etc. The other part was me learning to navigate the site.

I like it here. I will let you know if I have any suggestions.

I just saw where the girls beat Furman 3-1 earlier today on a 2 run walk off home run by Lock. They are ahead of #13 Oregon 9-0 last time I checked.

I joined this site on day one. Like many I joined several sites and kicked the tires. WA is not for me. I was concerned with this site for a few days but those concerns are gone. You  have done an amazing job. I like the posters so far and there is constat activity.

They said during the game today that Donovan has never won SEC coach of the year. I did not realilize that with 2 NC's and all. That may help him this year.

No one expected Bama to go 12-4. That has to get CAG some major consideration when the awards are given.

Our coachs and players wear coats and ties into the statium and change before the game.

Remember how Miami dressed in New Orleans when we beat the crap out of them in 92. They were cocky and had no class.

Was I the only one who thought it was strange that Auburn wore orange and Ole Miss wore red on Wednesday.You could not tell them apart. I thought the home team had to wear white or a color that contrasts to the visitors color.

It makes watching the rest of the games today more fun after we already have our big win secured.
