There were no college games on Thursday, but quite a few tonight:

Duke at Louisville - 6PM
Memphis at Tulane - 7PM
San Diego St at Fresno St - 9PM
Miss St at BYU - 9:15PM

The BYU/Miss State game is interesting but so is Duke/Louisville. Can Duke surprise everyone or will they get totally blown out?

If I had a guess in this Duke game I would think Duke will be the Duke football we all know. Probably blown out. Louisville is fair football team with a fair QB. I would figure on the offensive side they score 60 to 70 points because Petrino does not let up. RTR!

Yeah, that didn't happen.  Laughing

Louisville missed a FG to put them up 20-14, but Duke roughed the kicker. 

So, instead of Duke getting the ball with about 2 minutes left, and only down 17-14, they give Louisville the ball back and they score to close it out at 24-14. Duke had a great game plan though.

I went to the Bama-Duke game at Duke, a few years ago. Great campus, great stadium. I love the below ground level field. Duke sucked back then, but Cutcliffe has done a good job with them since.

Unfortunately, Mullen doesn't run a program that can reload every year, They have to rebuild, and this is one of those years. Now if he doesn't win next year, he'll be on the hot seat and Miss St will be looking for Les Miles.
