What was Fanning thinking on that tackle? He could have made it cleanly, and instead he opted to pretend he was Hulk Hogan.

I think so.  I'm guessing CNS had an obstructed view of what really happened or he would have pulled him.  CNS will show him what true hostility is all about after he watches the game film though.

I think he just got caught up in the moment and made a play but it was a dumb one. I'm not sure but I think he got pancaked on the next play after the penalty. If anyone watches the replay it would be interesting to know if it was Fanning that got beat, someone did.
