I wonder how long it is before someone hires this guy? He can definitely coach offensive football. What teams could be in the market for a coach next year? He would be a natural in the Pac 12. Maryland should have hired this guy. Possible teams who I think would hire him & have coaches in trouble:

UCLA
Ole Miss
Cal
Rutgers
New Mex. State


No way do I see a snootty Big Ten team or Georgia going for Leach.
