When the found out many of the roads in D.C. are named  A Street, B Street, etc., most of the team marveled and in awe said "Wonder how they came up with those names?"

I worked on an alphabet street joke last night for a while and couldnt make it work.  But the best I had was that they all got stuck at the end of Z street.

You give them to much credit.  I don't think they make it past G street.  A B C D E F G, something something something something ella minnow P

I was trying to find a youtube clip of a video my kids had of Elmo and Zoe where Zoe thinks LMNO is one letter.  I couldn't find it though.

After returning to Auburn, Cam and Fairley call their agents immediately and demand to have their names removed from the upcoming NFL draft.  Apparently while touring Congress they overheard some politicians saying that they feared we might have to use the draft to get enough soldiers to win all the wars we are in right now.

Several players nearly drown after walking into the reflecting pool and being unable to drink their way out.

Auburn players spend a lot of time explaining to the President exactly where in Georgia the university is located.

Several well intended boogers collapsed of exhaustion after hours of trying to help the get the Iwo Jima memorial flag all the way up.

They were extremely disappointed they didnt get to visit the statue of liberty

They were excited when they found out they were going to meet the president .... until they found out Jay Gogue actually resides in Auburn.

Cecil Newton in trouble after it is rumored that he was accepting money from both Dems and GOP for Cam to join one of the two parties. Cam claims he didn't know anything about it.

the barn is getting accolades and having fun on the trip to Washington DC. But they are also learning that it is a an opportunity to practice skills they have studied during their academic life at west georgia university.

"Our players have taken the alphabetic street names (in Washington DC) as a challenge, singing along as the bus passed through intersections. "It has been fun and educational", and CGC adds, "The wheels on the Bus song was getting old, so we took it to a new level".

This exercise in rote almost became an insurmountable quest, as a road repair detour rerouted the team  bus to a parkway, missing L,M, N, O, and P. ""This team has faced challenges and adversity before", offered coach pooper scooper, "But when the going gets tough, the tough get paid--or something like that"!

But the squad looked ecstatic, as well as exhausted, as the team crossed through X,Y, and Z. "Our players persevered and conquered, without being paid", CGC said, "but the look on our players faces, after singing ...is the alphabet for me...  was priceless". The team has added a trip to the crayon museum as a reward to themselves.
