One question: are we going to have real games like OU-Texas and Bama-LSU only or we will sprinkle in a few Northeast Montana State Tech A&M vs. Laramie School of Art and Design A&M?

We will sprinkle in the crap games when needed as filler I suppose?

Lets get the games together for this week and we can start a week 1 thread.

My internet is crappy today.

I don't have a preference.  Thought Yahoo would be easier on scorekeeping any whatnot, but hosting the competition here might be more user friendly for our less-than-savvy computer users.

I dont think it will be so big that score keeping will get difficult.  If it does, we could employ more assistance.

What I will do is start a weekly thread with 10 games.  Everyone just reply only with your pics.  All replies received before some TBD time will be entered for the week.  No edits after entry time.

Sounds good.  Perhaps it would be good to have a separate running discussion thread that we can post in throughout the season as well to discuss the picks, thrash takl, etc and keep the threads with the picks in them clean (picks only).

Hawaii discipline stems from club fight.

HONOLULU -- Two Hawaii starting players have been suspended for Saturday's season-opener at home against Colorado after they were arrested on charges of misdemeanor assault stemming from a weekend brawl at a Waikiki nightclub, University of Hawaii officials announced Monday.

Outside linebacker Aaron Brown and receiver Darius Bright were arrested in the early hours Sunday following a fight at Zanzabar Nightclub. They were both released after posting bail.

 

I might change my pick. I'm thinking about it now. I just don't know. Every team that plays in Hawaii is screwed over by the refs. If you want to see officiating at it's worst just watch a Hawaii game. What do others CRS members think?

He called off the dogs in the PSU game last year. In the San Jose State game, the Tide couldn't help but score.
