NFL preseason's third week gets state stars back on the field

The next-to-last NFL preseason game often gets treated as a dress rehearsal for the regular season. Normally, starters get their longest runs of the preseason as NFL coaches play their first units into the second half before sidelining most of their top players for the preseason finale next week.
