Dee Milliner declares himself 'back' from latest injury

When the New York Jets held their first practice of training camp on July 29 in Florham Park, N.Y., cornerback Dee Milliner participated in only the individual drills. But at least he wasn't on the physically-unable-to-perform list, stuck off to the side working with a trainer, something the former Alabama All-American had done plenty of during the Jets' offseason practices.
