I'm impressed with the quick decision by CAJ to make some corrections with his staff. I'm not sure Pelphrey will be the right guy for the job but as a coach when you know there is a problem, you fix it. There's no doubt as to where CAJ needs some things to happen for his program to reach his lofty goals and that is in good recruiting and I understand that Pelphrey is a good recruiter.
Anyway, CAJ has been here one year and he's working very hard to back up his words of building a winning program at Alabama and that's more than we can say for program at Bama, baseball.
