Got a lot of work to do but it will come. The willingness to not quit against Dayton was impressive. When your getting your head handed to you it is easy to quit. We just kept playing hard and that was cool. RTR!

I was impressed with CAJ and how he handled his interview. There were some good questions by the writers and I thought CAJ gave some good solid answers as to how they will handle those questions.

I feel that he wants us all to remember the youth of this team and I don't mean the age of the players, I'm referencing as to how long the team has been playing together as a team. Right now the players are making plays per the X's and O's on the chalkboard but as they play more games together their instincts will make their plays and bigger and better things will happen for the team.

The one thing that wasn't asked in the interview though was their poor shooting, from the field and free throw line. Per a statement in another of our threads, it was mentioned the players seemed to lose their legs the latter part of the first half in both games and a carry over of that into the second half. I think that better conditioning and a more controlled pace by the players will do wonders for the team. I use controlled pace as the players having control of their bodies and not necessary the speed they are playing. Speed kills as we all know but they have to learn how to use it in a controlled way and they will.
