Tuscaloosa judge tosses civil suit against Kristen Saban for 2010 fight with sorority sister

Circuit Judge James Roberts filed a summary judgement in Saban's favor Wednesday morning, saying she acted in self defense during a fight in 2010 that left one of her sorority sisters injured.
