"2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

This is also stated in a negative way: not willing that any should perish. The word willing (Gr boulomai) means the same as “want” in English; God does not want men to be lost (He does not elect them to damnation but to salvation). The main verb in this sentence is translated by “God is patient”; the word “want” is a circumstantial participle expressing the reason for God’s patience. The reason is both negative and positive as shown in the two complementary infinitives; He is patient because He does not want any to be lost, but wants all to come to repentance. Come (Gr choµreoµ) to repentance or “make room” for repentance (as one would make room at home for a welcomed guest) expresses the same thought as I Timothy 2:4, but with different words.
This also goes back to once "Saved" always Saved. No matter what man thinks, if you become saved and Repent you have a renewing of the mind. You want to do Godly things, you will not let the old things come back to take you away from doing Gods work. Paul was a Prime example, he tried to destroy the Church of God but when he Repented he wanted nothing but to follow Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Then with you, as if, you become saved and repent the filth of the world would not be funny, and hurting others around you would not be pleasing. Think about it today are you truly Saved? God Bless!
