The New Testament is full of "words to consider" but these are three good choices.

These are indeed good words to follow. When you search and look these scriptures up it makes understanding all the more better. God Bless!

Verse16 : 16. But, in sharp contrast, shun or avoid profane and vain babblings. As in I Timothy 6:20, this includes false and empty talk. It just leads to more ungodliness. False belief produces foolish behavior.

Verse 15: The warning of Beware of false prophets fits appropriately with the concept of the two ways. Since many are being misled in the wrong way, it is obvious that they are being misled by wrong ones. False prophets were prevalent in the Old Testament, whereas God’s true prophets were often in the minority (as in Elijah’s confrontation with the prophets of Baal). These appear in sheep’s clothing but are in reality ravening wolves. This is a perfect description of those preachers who have denied or distorted the truth of the gospel. They look like a lamb but they act like a wolf. Their description is similar to that of the great false prophet in Revelation 13:11.

Verse 33:  I die daily. This does not teach that Paul mortified the flesh every day. The context tells us that he, in effect, faced the wild beasts every day. Paul’s life was in such constant jeopardy that he never knew when he might be called upon to give his life for the gospel.

Hey Marshall Dillion I researched this from my KJB Commentary. I see the falseness in there. You are correct my brother we must becareful and walk in the Spirit as much as possible to be warded off from the world. God Bless!
