Well this sucks...I was looking forward to playing.  Tried entering a bracket before reading the rest of this thread, and of course I couldn't get it to work either.

It is normal that these investigations take a little over 3 weeks. In most cases if you win the bracket your azz get DQ'ed. Of course it is all up to the Commissioner.
