I didn't know Towson had a team or where it is.

I think they used to be called Towson State Univ. Located somewhere in Maryland. They're known for being part of the cupcake BB schedule of Big East & ACC teams. Kinda like Alabama A&M against Alabama. They are 0-12 so far this year in BB and EVERYBODY is killing them.

 Cheesy

Towson is an unincorporated suburb north of Baltimore. The school is FCS (or as I prefer to say it, I-AA) and pretty much stinks in every sport (basketball is occasionally competitive, and the football team won the CAA title this year). Jermon Bushrod of the Saints played there, as well as Dave Meggett, Sean Landeta; Braves former GM John Schuerholtz is also a grad. When we lived in MD, my office was just around the corner from the university (Sorry, probably more than anyone every really needs to know about TU).

I always liked to watch Meggett return punts/kicks and we could use Sean Landeta about now. Special teams hotbed?

Apparently so, although Bushrod has played well on the OL for the Saints.
