2018.  That’s supposedly the next available year when Texas has an opening on its non-conference schedule.  The love-hate affair is over for these two.

I don't think Texas wants any part of them after they move to the SEC and they adjust and recruit to the SEC style of play.  Wink

If the two schools don't work this out then at some point look for the Texas legislature to get involved.  TX is probably trying to 'punsih' aTm but I doubt aTm feels very much pain.

I really can't blame Texas, they have to keep those out of conference cupcakes on their schedule if they want to make it to a bowl game the next few years.

BINGO!!! Texas is throwing a hissy fit and holding its breath since A&M has made Texas the villain in this scenario. Their Longhorn Network has been disrupted and ALL the blame for the Big 12 breakup is falling on Texas and their huge ego.

I like this idea. Can you imagine all those arrogant Texas fans and alumni having to seeth for 7 years after TAMU beats the crap out of them this year? That would be the ultimate revenge for the Aggies.

The Longhorn Network sure has been doing a lot of advertising lately, with a conference as big and strong as the Big 12(10) is I just don't see why people aren't in line to purchase it.  Smiley
