Can Southern Miss Beat Auburn?

This Auburn team is erratic, to say the least. They are 103rd in rushing yards per game at 122 yards, plus Stidham is not the second coming of Cam. All the bluster about him seems to have evaporated. S. Miss averages 38 points a game (C-USA team). Auburn is 22nd in total defense & 3rd in points allowed. Any ideas or observations?

No. Not this week. I think the barners will lose will lose at least 3 more games. I think they will split with Miss St and A&M. I think they lose to UGA and Bama.

They won against Arkansas, but they sure looked bad in the process.

I don't think SMU will be auburn no matter how bad auburn is. RTR!

The talk on the radio is that Auburn will ditch the run game and go all in on a wide-open passing attack. Auburn still won't be able to protect the QB in my opinion. Could be interesting.

Southern Miss don't have the staying power for 4 Qtrs do they? I know Steadim will wear them down eventually I think. RTR!

I don't see it.  Auburn is favored by 27.  While the game could easily be closer than that, Auburn has too many athletes.
