DeShaun Watson still doesn't right to me.

 Huh?

Heck of a game, though. I'm thinking that since Lamar Jackson left the field cussing, that he is no longer invincible.

He prolly thinks he lost the Heisman and the NC when that player was stopped 1-yard short.  And he might be right!

As wild as that game was, nothing compares to the UT-Ga game yesterday, except for maybe the LSU-barn game last week.

UT is the luckiest team on the face of the earth.

I wasn't able to watch live, but was following ESPN's gamecast on my ipad. When I saw the play later I thought it was crazy that the receiver didn't make any effort to dive or stretch for the first down or TD.

Thought the same thing.  He could have lunged to the first down.  AND NO WAY Clemson could have stopped Louisville after that.  Every one of UL's preceding plays was close to a TD.

I bet Petrino hasn't felt that bad since his road rash days.

Laughing  True.

But Clemson had 4 turnovers, and UL still couldn't get the win.  UL will prolly drop to ~11th, and Clemson will crawl up again.

I thought Clemson got away with interference, nearly at will, in the first half.

Impressed with L. Jackson.  He's probably still in the Heisman race despite the loss.

What I don't agree with is talking heads saying Louisville could be a second ACC team in the playoffs.

Playoffs should be SEC winner (Bama penciled in), ACC winner (Clemson penciled in), Big10 winner (Ohio State penciled in).  And then probably PAC12 winner, especially if Washington rolls.  I don't see Big12 having an undefeated "champion" and don't think they make the playoffs.

Indiana beat Michigan State with a FG in OT.

I guess the Big10 is tough from top to bottom after all.

I disagree. I blame MSU's loss on the Alabama effect.  Cool

Wow, didn't see that.  Before last week's loss to Wisconsin, ESPN did a long segment on MSU and how they've improved over a 'fine 2015 team'.  Bragged on their discipline, team toughness, coaching, and overall program.  Then they had their azz handed to them!  And again yesterday?  LOVE IT!

The PAC12 stinks from top to bottom, and Washington has about the weakest non-conference schedule in the nation. If Louisville's only loss is being stopped at the goal line on the road to an undefeated Clemson team (obviously a lot of games left for both teams), I'd have a hard time putting Washington in ahead of Louisville. If Houston beats Louisville, then they'll have two wins more impressive than Washington. As always, it's going to be a wild ride from here to there. And a fun ride, as long as Bama keeps winning.

I'm just grateful that Indiana isn't on our schedule this year.

And I feel bad that Ohio State has to face that hot team this Saturday.   Grin
