From first ballot to a 62-year wait: How Alabama's stars reached the Baseball Hall of Fame

The Baseball Hall of Fame will add two members on Sunday with the induction ceremonies for Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza. Griffey earned induction by being named on 99.3 percent of the Hall of Fame ballots, the highest in history. Thirteen members of the baseball shrine have ties to Alabama through birth or school. How easily did they get into the Baseball Hall of Fame?
