Justice Scalia was found dead, so much for the Second Amendment, and to think, the upcoming election was important enough without this happening.

Regardless of where you fall on the political spectrum, as patriots we should all be able to agree that the Supreme Court is no place for partisans.  The job of the court is to be the referees of society and it should not be playing for either side.  If you don't like a law or a part of the constitution, change it through the legislative process.

I would bet what the IRS has left me that Obama will appoint his replacement.
