Listening to the announcers on ESPN the voting is going to be extremely close.  I am not sure Henry will win because of all the SEC haters out there.

After Johnny Manziel won it the Heisman doesn't have the shine it once did IMO...If Herny wins it then I'm happy for him.  If he doesn't, I'm still happy for him and proud of him...

I'm glad they don't have that many votes.

I was listening to Rece Davis and others earlier and Galloway definitely doesn't want him to get it. Rece said that he felt a large portion of folks had already sent their ballots in. Hope they don't have the option of changing their minds.

I heard that ESPN discussion.  Pissed me off; all SEC hate and Alabama fatigue.  This award has become a political joke.

There's NO WAY to define the best player in football.  Herny is prolly not even the best player on the team.  Maybe A'Shawn Robinson deserves it!!  But based on the hype of the season, records broken, and pattern of previous voting, Herny is the likely winner.

The ESPN panel this morning unanimously though Herny deserved it. I don't think it will even be that close. McCaffrey is the only real threat, and he plays in the "Zero defense" Pac 12.

The most salient point I have seen today was the fact that while McCaffrey was playing last night, the whole world was watching Michigan State/Iowa and Clemson/UNC.

Henry should win. Looking at all the records he broke this season and how he got better as the year went along, he's most the logical choice.  The SEC is down this year, but the defenses are still much tougher than what the other guys faced.  I don't know what the voters will do though.

I have seen a lot of pundits who actually vote talking today.  Many of them talk about this candidate and that candidate, but they ALL have Henry as 1st or 2nd.  Even the guys that talk like they have one of the other guys 1st will have Henry 2nd.  Plus Henry will probably get the most of the 1st place votes.  So I think he wins by a landslide.

After the MSU game he was the unanimous front runner according to ESPN's Heisman experts.  He's carried the ball 90 times for almost five hundred yards in his last two games, both against SEC defenses.  I don't see how he could possibly lose first place votes after those two performances, regardless of how well the other guys played.  Maybe it really will be close, but I kind of sense that ESPN needs something to talk about this week, not to mention they will be broadcasting the ceremony, so they're trying to hype it up.

Here's why Derrick Henry (HERNY to his friends) will win.

HE'S HUGE!  The man's a giant!

The only person even close to DH is McCaffrey from Stanford and I don't think he can win it. RTR!
