I have no idea.  I think Smitty was always in charge of that.  It only comes into play 14, maybe 15 times a year with a 98 to nothing weekly prediction.

Yes, this is the rule, with the caveat that you have to get the correct winner.  

 

So all we need to do, really, is pick the spread correctly.  Right?
e.g., I'll predict we beat Arky 16-0.
