Running back Trent Richardson rushed for an Alabama single-season record 1,679 yards in 2011, and he's going to need to show some of that form if he wants to be an Oakland Raider this NFL season.

It sounds to me like Tr is getting to the put that the amount of work needed in the NFL may be a bit too much for him to want to sustain a constant work ethic. RTR!
