Alabama practice report: Freshman getting reps with first-team defense

Senior Jabriel Washington and freshman Ronnie Harrison were the two safeties working with the first-team defense during the early part of drills. Sophomore Hootie Jones was at the Star position. Sophomore Tony Brown and junior Eddie Jackson were the two cornerbacks.

The first-team offensive line during drills consisted of Cam Robinson at left tackle, redshirt freshman Ross Pierschbacher at left guard, senior Ryan Kelly at center, sophomore Bradley Bozeman at right guard and senior Dominick Jackson at right tackle....

We might be young at safety against Wisconsin.

No way Geno plays during the first game.  Hopefully he'll be back at some point.

Wisconsin's power running game should be handled by our strengths, but if we're weak at DB (again), even a few successful passes could enhance their running.

This ^  Plus, I am fully expecting our D-line to either stop the run game at or behind the LOS and on passing downs to have their qb rolled up like a bale of hay...
