Florida quarterback Treon Harris is facing a misdemeanor charge for allegedly operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

According to police, an odor of marijuana emanated from the car and two plastic bags were found in the car that appeared to hold a small amount of marijuana. Because the vehicle did not belong to Harris, Tabor or Jackson, police did not charge any of them with possession. The three could face discipline from a Student Conduct Board, which will review the case.

Good idea. He's gonna need them. Don't know if he'll clean out the riff-raff to the extent of Charlie Strong at Texas, but he will have his work cut out for him.

I read another article on this that stated the charges would likely be dropped when he gets his driver's license.  That being the case... how does a college junior get to be that old without getting a driver's license?

Yeah, it's the law in Florida that if you drive without a valid driver's license, you go to jail.

I'm afraid Coach Mac has a huge problem with the Florida team that the past two coaches could do nothing with, player discipline control. It seems there has been player issues in that program for ages.
