Congratulations!  Cheesy

I haven't bought a house lately....but can imagine the headaches.

I closed on some land the other day after a two month long process.  At the closing, there were stacks of papers to sign.  I sold an acre off a larger piece of land and learned how complicated it is for a small city government to divide a piece of property.  But its finally done.

took two hours, the HUD had to be fixed twice, the seller agent was a drama queen, the seller found out her favorite uncle dies halfway through, and the mortgage guy was sitting next to a running AC on a 50 degree day and almost went hypothermia.  Our agent was texting us during the ordeal being hilarious, We cant stop laughing about.  Best closing ever?  Maybe.

Better than any I've ever had. All the closing's I've been involved in were excruciatingly boring, except for one, which I was an absentee buyer.
