FB recruting has really picked up in the last 3 - 4 weeks. Kudos to the coaches. Let's hope all these guys keep their commit.
I do wonder how much NIL considerations were a factor in some decisions. Will we ever know that?
McB, I was watching SEC Media Days a couple of weeks ago when they were interviewing Saban. He just happened to casually
(strategically) mention that Bama players made over $3 mil in NIL last year. What does that tell you?

I don't think that ranked in the top 3 or 4 of the SEC though. Supposedly A&M's freshman class alone was making quite a bit more than that.
Mr. 2... I saw what CNS said at Media Days. I took that as his way of getting it our there that Bama players are getting $$$ from NIL deals without him having to get into a debate on the subject.
IMHO, top recruits are looking at what they can estimate from NIL. They probably have an acceptable minimum figure. The smart ones will balance the immediate benefit of NIL $$$ vs. which school can get them ready for NFL. If NIL $$$ is close (enough), I don't think a few more NIL $$$ will get a guy to compromise his chances of getting to NFL.
I would love to see a large survey of recruits -- at least 1000 guys -- interviewed off the record on the subject. Not sure you could get them to talk though.
